Rental Procedure and Policy
At HappyMascoteers, customer service satisfaction is our top priority. Before renting our mascot costumes, please read the procedures below.
Each mascot has a flat rental fee of $49.99. For
There is also $59.99 security deposit required for each costume to insure that it will be returned in a timely manner and reasonable condition. The rental fee and the deposit are due immediately after we have confirmed the availability of your mascot costumes.
Return Date: Costume to be mailed back to the nearest post office or FedEx location within 2 days after the event using the provided prepaid label.
Late Fees: $45 per mascot costume each week of the delay.
Security Deposit: 100% REFUNDABLE upon return of all rental items in good condition
Damage: Damage in excess of normal wear and tear may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Missing Items: Security deposit will be held for up to 10 days following the original return date to allow for any missing items to be returned. Identified missing items not returned within 10 days from notification date will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Availability: Due to a very limited stocks of our mascots our company has the right to cancel any time of any existing paid order.
Alterations: May NOT be made to any costume without our prior consent or it may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Reservation Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can sometimes arise where you may need to cancel your reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible.
15 or more days prior to reservation date: Full Refund
8 to 14 days prior to reservation date: 50% Refund
7 days or less prior to reservation date: No Refund
